I didn't grow up on the Shore. I grew up 15 miles west of it, raised by a single mom who did everything she could. But the Shore? The Shore has always been in my blood.

My great-grandfather had one of the first awning shops on Atlantic Avenue. My grandparents lived in Margate, in the Parkway section. My grandfather built the original steeple on the Margate Community Church — it stood for decades before it was replaced in 2014. My aunt and uncle took me to 2nd Avenue beach in Ocean City as a kid. I waited tables at Dock's Oyster House, a family institution on Absecon Island since 1897. I took my children to the boardwalk. Now I take my grandchildren.

Four generations deep. That's not a tagline. That's just my life.

What I've come to understand.. after 27 years of doing this work... is that nobody buys or sells a home just to buy or sell a home. There's always something bigger behind it. A family growing. A chapter closing. A dream that's finally within reach. A life moving forward. That's what I'm really here for. Not the transaction. The thing behind it.

I'm not a know-it-all and I won't pretend to be. I stay in my lane, I bring in the right people... a good lender, a sharp attorney, an inspector you can trust... and I show up for you the whole way through. My goal isn't just to get you to the closing table. It's to be someone you actually want to call again someday. Or send your kids when their time comes.

No ego. No pressure. Just a real person who genuinely loves this place.. and who will always, always be in your corner.
